How fresh are your coffee beans?

Every bag is freshly roasted and sealed for optimal flavour. We don't keep stock sitting around, your beans are roasted within days of dispatch, so you get maximum flavour from the moment you open the bag. For best results, we recommend using your beans within 4-6 weeks of the roast date.

Which roast should I choose for my brewing method?

Espresso? Go for our Signature Blend (dark roast) or House Blend (medium roast) for rich, balanced shots. Filter or pour-over? Try our single origins like Brazil Mogiana or Ethiopia Mocha (light roasts) for brighter, more nuanced flavours. Not sure? Our House Blend works brilliantly across all methods, it's our most versatile option.

What's the difference between your speciality beans and everyday blends?

Our speciality-grade beans (Brazil Mogiana, Ethiopia Mocha, Signature Blend) score 80+ on the SCA scale and showcase distinct origin characteristics, think complex flavours and refined profiles. Our everyday blends (House Blend, Mountain Decaf) are designed for consistent, delicious coffee without the complexity. Both are quality roasts, just different experiences.

Do you offer decaf that actually tastes good?

Absolutely. Our Mountain Decaf uses the Natural Mountain Water Process, no chemicals, just pure water to remove 99.9% of caffeine while keeping all the flavour intact. It's a medium roast with smooth, balanced notes that won't leave you missing the real thing. Perfect for evening brews or when you want great coffee without the buzz.

Can I buy coffee in bulk or get a subscription?

Yes! We offer 1kg bags for better value, and our 6kg cases (6 x 1kg) are perfect for cafés, offices, or serious home brewers.
